Classic Hatha Yoga. Appropriate for all levels of fitness. Mon, Wed, Fri | 7:30-9:00 am Instructor: Debbie / Veronica

Learn and initiate the ancient art of Tai Chi, using gentle flowing movements to reduce stress, improve balance and overall health. M, W, F | 11 - 12 pm Instructor: Melissa *NOTE* this class moves to Shastice Park in the Summer Season

Functional training for the more mature participant. Balance challenges, strength training, and fun camaraderie in an informal gym circuit. M, W, F | 11 - 12 pm Instructor: Angela

Lively water class using hand buoys, noodles and body weight. Fridays are deep water interval training with water belts. Tues & Fri | 9:30 - 10:30 am Instructor: Linda V

Heated water allows more flexibility, relaxation & less stress on joints while building strength with waters' resistance. Tues 11:30 - 12:30 pm Wed | 5:30 - 6:30 pm (Wellness Center Pool) Instructor: Donna Jackson
