From Beginner to Advanced, Mountain Fitness has a Class for Every-Body!

Wed: 7:00 - 7:30 am Instructor : Linda V. Resistance/Core work on the stability ball

Fri: 7:00 - 7:30 am Instructor: Linda V. High intensity interval training using weights and body weight

Tues, Wed, Thurs | 12:15 - 1:45 pm Instructor: Bliss All welcome. Mats, straps, blocks, etc. available in the classroom.

Tues, Thurs, Sat: 8:00 - 9:30 am Instructor: Sandi Classic Hatha Yoga. Appropriate for all levels of fitness.

Wed: 5:30 -6:30 pm Instructor: Aiyisha

M, W, F | 9:00 - 10:30 am Instructor: Melissa *NOTE* this class moves to Shastice Park in the Summer Season Learn and initiate the ancient art of Tai Chi, using gentle flowing movements to reduce stress, improve balance and overall health.

Lively water class using hand buoys, noodles and body weight. Fridays are deep water interval training with water belts. Mon, Wed, Fri: 11:00am - 12:00 pm Instructor: Linda V

Functional training for the more mature participant. Balance challenges, strength training, and fun camaraderie in an informal gym circuit. no longer on schedule

Heated water allows more flexibility, relaxation & less stress on joints while building strength with waters' resistance. No longer on schedule
